I have been leading, coaching and inspiring teams of various size in various industries over the last 10 years. I always approach work with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset. My leadership style is based on transformational/servant leadership and an bottom-up culture, which aims to develop, motivate and grow great engineers and teams.
I always advocate agile engineering practices and strive to help grow a healthy, collaborative and including engineering culture. I enjoy growing and developing engineers through active listening, feedback and coaching. I believe providing both challenges and support is an important part of the growth and development work. I love the art of product management and put high value on constantly learning.
I have experience in facilitating and formulating the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team. I also have experience from managing and communicating product vision, strategies, business requirements, product plans and launch strategies.
I value my strong technical background. My technical expertise includes cross- platform know-how, passion for software engineering best practices, good knowledge in several programming languages and excellent knowledge of developer applications, tools, methodologies and best practices. I really enjoy to have an impact on large-scale tech problems.
